1 General Terms & Applicability

3 Deposit & Payment Methods

Minimum Deposit: BDT 100 (one hundred taka). The maximum deposit limit depends on your account verification level.

Deposits are usually processed instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, it will be resolved within 24 hours. Voices38 does not charge any deposit fees; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

• Deposits must be made from a mobile number registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not permitted.
• Voices38 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Voices38 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with specific terms that must be followed.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new users only. Applicable once on the first deposit.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, you must place a set number of bets (typically 10–30x). The exact requirement varies by bonus.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing your winnings:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• Processing Time: Usually completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Payment Methods: Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Voices38 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals for investigation in cases of suspicious activity. If a rule violation is confirmed, winnings may be voided.

6 Betting Rules & Conditions

When placing bets on Voices38, please follow the rules below:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Voices38 reserves the right to void or adjust the affected bets.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds may change during live betting due to delays. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are considered final.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.

Voices38 reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns and, where necessary, void the bets in question.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on voices38 and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating an account using false information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Exploiting or abusing the bonus system
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Hacking or cyberattacks on the platform
• Unauthorised access to another user's account
• Match fixing or fraudulent betting activity

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Voices38 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• Identity Verification Failure
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more)
• Court orders or regulatory authority directives

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If you have a remaining balance, please withdraw it before closing your account.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy
